But just as a recommendation if you are lookin to bartend i would call local restaurants or cars and ask to get trained Bartending school will teach you the bascis but not give you the experiencei have worked in 8 bars for no less than6 months each i never went to school i learned through the job each job is diffrent and the license really dont mean nothing coming in!!!! just a thought from experience!!!|||ask the police|||go onto your state's gov web site. you can usually find the info there|||SOme states require a slcohol serving certification, but there is no such thing as a bartender license
