Or does it just help ur chances of getting the job?|||depends on the state|||There is a course called "TIPS" that is recommended. It's held by our local sheriff's and after completing the course they give you certification for 3 years.|||im assuming there is a license for a good reason?
i guess it works like a drivers license?
