I want to get down to 12-13% body fat percentage while bringing out some abs and lose the rolls of fat when I sit down in a bikini. Most of my fat is in my butt and lower abdomen. In other words, im quite curvy but I'm not huuuge. I have a pretty big chest too. Is Truth about Abs a good choice for me?|||If you really were 15.4 body fat you'd already have abs unless or your body fat is around the waist.
I don't know if that is a good programme, more than likely it's just a money making scheme.
And everyone gets rolls when they sit down, even if there is hardly any fat the skin will still roll up.
