I was wondering exactly what is in this book. I'm not one of those people who need to lose 100+ pounds, only about 30-40 pounds, and I would like to know what is in this book before I would buy it. Because if it is just the same crap that I've already seen before I really don't want to buy this book. Is this book available anywhere besides the website about it? Even if you haven't read the book I would like your input on fat burners that you've done that really work. Thanx for answering.|||There's no new information in it.
