i have many questions about this book:D
1. what are the unique excercises to get abs?
2. what are the foods that help weight loss?
3. what are the "healthy" foods that may help gain more weight?
4. what is the way to prevent eating junk food?
5. how do you keep a diet going for a long period of time?
thanks so much for answering these question:DD if you cant answer all of them please answer the ones you can:) thanks soo much|||I'm sorry this is not specifically your answer but in all honesty, whoever made this book can go **** themselves, if you want six pack abs you need to atleast have 10% or less bodyfat for males 15% bodyfat or less for females and doing a few curl ups (sit ups with your hands behind your head and about 30-60 once in the morning and once at night) will get you six pack abs in 2 months also to lose that bodyfat, eat fruit/vegetables/water if you crave food, drink 2 glasses of water 30 minutes or less before a meal will bring down your hunger levels and eating food that is generally healthy every once in a while. word from the wise, STICK TO IT don't take little days off because you don't want too because the ratio of getting weight as opposed to losing it in a fixed time frame is high 2:1 meaning its twice as easy to gain weight. goodluck. :D
