I'm new to the raw vegetarian diet...so I don't have a dehydrator or a Vita-mix|||Who says you need some fancy recipes to eat raw? Just go to the grocery store and buy some bananas apples, mangoes, dates, lemons, spinach, celery, oranges, strawberries, raspberries walnuts, cucumbers and tomatoes and just eat them raw!! Check out 30 Banana's a Day community for more info, also goneraw.com has some recipes that are 2-3 ingredients that are cheap and easy!
