Would people prefer hiring someone with a license from bartending school, or someone who has been working for them for a while. Also does it matter location? Say one with license, and one with just experience both applies to apple bee, or chilies. Also both people applying to a Bar.
Basically, is getting a Bartending certificate/license worth it. Or is it easier working your way up.|||Someone who has been working for them.
Location matters there is a difference between bartending at Hooters than bartending at AppleBee`s
