I know that all the licensing laws very from city to city / state to state, but would you be barred from obtain a Bartending License if you had a D.U.I. on your record?|||I don't know if the D.U.I. would come into play for that, but a lot of bars/restaurants don't require you to have a Bartending License to work there. |||It is entirely possible, it really depends on how old the DUI is. Your best bet is to check with your local ABC.
