Ok well i found this web site by Mike Geary and i looked up his name and a bunch of things saying it was all a scam came up. Is it really a scam? i was wondering if anybody you know or even yourself have used his programs? Im really trying to get back into shape for cheerleading i quit and now i want to get back into it and i don't really know how i've already wasted enough time on useless diets and workouts i really don't want to waste my time on this.

thank you so much!|||I only read the interview part on the front of his site(mikegreary.net) but he seems honest. Abs are largely shown through diet and fat loss not ab exercises. If your doing high intensity workouts that make you sweat and breath hard, its basically a different type of cardiovascular exercise even though it doesn't use machines.

My advice is if your interested in his program, pick up the book from the library since its free. If your local library doesn't have it, most libraries have inter library loans that are free. Basically you put your name down for the book, they ask another library in your province or state and you get it in about 2-5 days.

Don't pay a dollar for what you can get for free with so much advice and so many free workout plans available out there.|||Well I really can't say if it is a scam or not but as with any program, whether it is a weight lost regime always treat it like it could be a scam which means do your research on the company and the person, check for certificates, documents, degrees etc.. and you can also check with the BBB( Better Business Bureau) at www.bbb.org. And always go with your instincts, if your instincts are giving you red flags than go with your instincts. If your not sure than just don't get involved with it at all it could save you a headache later.|||If you have doubts, then you may have good reason. I think they are all scams!!
Just cut out bread, pastas, sugars and desserts and be careful with fruits.. Start looking at CARBS on labels of foods. Find aan excercise you enjoy. Running, biking, or get a friend to take a daily long walk. May even help out more with some chores round the house. Just some suggestions.|||Well do you really need to loose weight or just excercise and eat normally to get in shape? That diet program is Such a scam!! If you want to loose weight do this instead.
consume 1500 calories per day and burn at least 300
you will lose 1.5 to 2 pounds per week. Eat pleanty of fruit and vegies too. :)

I am a cheerleader too!|||Sorry, I have absolutely NO idea who this Mike Geary is. If you've run across things saying his web stuff was a scam, you'd be safe to stay away from it.
What did you do to get in shape for cheerleading before? Is it not working for you now?|||It is a scam, my friend got ripped off with it.

Try getting p90x if you're willing to pay for it. It is an amazing workout program with a complete nutrition guide as well!|||idk... wish i could help..butt can u help me? :) plz
