I 'm pretty sure a lot of us are asking ourselves the same question. There are COUNTLESS infomercials on machines, diet pills,books...You name it!At the end of the day which one should we choose and what is TRULY is efficient!???Recently I have seen an ad for Mike Geary's Truth about 6 pack abs program, that was quite interesting.Nevertheless, can ANYONE tell me what works for getting rid of belly fat for instance?By the way is there a way to get rid of it mainly by eating certain foods without doing a lot of abdominal excercises? If someone would please be kind enough to give me information it would be a great help.Thanks.|||Mike Geary has some good info. I have the book. Its not bad stuff. Basically it boils down to eating right and exercise. Dont waste your money on crap on the infomercials. Most of it is just hooey.
You arent gonna get rid of belly fat unless you eat very cleanly, which Mike can teach you to do, although the info is out there for free. But you are gonna have to exercise as well. Ab exercises dont get rid of the fat, they just work the ab muscles. Gonna give you some links that will give you options on exercise all but one will be free. The one that isnt free has a very good workout program as well as mealplan. Imm not currently doing the workout bt ive kept up with the mealplan. Athlean X is the one Im referring to here. Google it if you want to spend a few bucks. Otherwise ill list the free links below for you. Also, Mikes book is a good investment for someone who needs to learn. Not so much for people who already have a grasp on things.|||What really works? A healthy diet and moderate exercise. That's it. No pills, no magic foods, no starving yourself. You need something you can sustain, or it won't work.
You lose fat by doing cardio. Once that fat is gone, you need to do strength training to tone the muscles (although it's a lot easier to do strength training over time so your muscles look great after losing the fat).
You can't tell your body where to lose fat when you're doing your cardio, no matter what you might read. Your body chooses where to lose the fat first. (I wish we could spot reduce, but it's simply not possible.) Generally you lose it in reverse of where you gained it, but that's not always the case.
