i know i dont need to be too fancy.... but what would you recomend,
and do i really need a bartending license to serve food and alcohol there?|||I would always wear a skirt and matching jacket with a nice blouse, conservative shoes with stockings. Always shower and shampoo hair. Carry a small folder with some questions written down. Also, carry several copies of your resume and list of references.

Here are some questions you can ask them. Some of these have gotten responses like, "That's an interesting question." That's a good sign, because it shows them that you are thinking.
In your resume, make your resume in bullet format such as this:

1) If you had to name one thing that you most liked about working here what would it be?
2) If you had to name the one thing that you least liked doing here what would it be? (this is one that always impresses the interviewer)
3) Where do you see this company going in the future?
4) What five qualities do you think are most important in a candidate for this position?
5) Ask them to draw an organizational chart showing how the position you are applying to would be reporting to.

Reduced corporate contract agreement by 25% cost savings
(If you can put things in quantitative measurements in percentages and $$$ amounts it becomes more impressive to the reader.|||If it were me, I would suggest a pair of black Cavaricci's and a hypercolor shirt preferrably from Generra. If it's chilly, I would accent it with a nice I.O.U. pullover. You're hired! Congradulations in advance!|||Dress the same as going to church...nice.....Depending on the State you live in you might need a bartending of food servers permit.|||I imagine something that look good on you. Not anything professional like suit or nerdy stuff. Dress like you are going out on a date.

Good Luck~|||I don't know about the license, but I would wear black pants, you should show a little cleavage. ( this is coming from a girl)|||Business casual|||show some cleavage :)
