Establishments don't actually care about which school you attended. They base mainly on experience. The schools are not really required if you had bartending experience. When I was applying for a bartending position in Los Angeles, most bars wanted you to start as a barback before they will allow you serve drinks. Positions in Los Angeles is limited because liquor license if limited. The school also suggested that I go to Vegas and get a job there to gain experience because there are so much more opportunities there. To answer you question, No establishments don't care about which school you attend.
