supposedly there is some test that i have to take since i didn't renew my license, does anyone know what it is and where i find it/go?|||It depends on where you live.  I only know about bartending "licenses" is the US.  But...   just so you know, (in the US) it is not a "license"....   and, its not just for bartenders.  Anyone who serves alcohol needs one.  Different states will call it by different names.  Usually, it is called a "Server's Certificate" or an "Alcohol Server's Permit".  You get them through your state's "Liquor Control Commission" or the "State Alcohol Bureau" (or whatever it's called in your state.  Every state has a different name for the agency in charge of liquor control).
In most states, it involves taking a class, taking a test and paying a small fee (about $30).  Its pretty easy.  Here is the website and "Alcohol Server's Permit" information  for the "Liquor Control Commission" in my  state:
