My friend wanted to dowload a copy of The Truth About Six Pack Abs by Mike Geary on 4shared.com, but now that it's downloaded and we read the introduction about illegal distribution and how we can easily be fined and/or sent to prison, I'm kind of worried about geting in trouble. And I don't know how to fix this (I can't un-download it). What should I do???|||Illegal distribution is downloading it then selling it for money. If you aren't selling it for money then it isn't illegal. Nothing will happen... just download it and enjoy.|||noo , its unreliablee & qives my laprop virsues all thee timee
