That could help in terms in jurisdiction....|||the golf section wouldn't know that....try drinks and tonics. and i think you would because you would be distributing alcohol...it doesn't matter where you are...as long as ur selling it/giving it up you need a license. however, if you were just driving it...then no. if you would need one...then truck drivers, conductors, pilots, and fatory workers would all need licenses.|||you dont need a bartending license but most places make you get a liquor license..but they still let you drive the cart around even if you dont have one its just there fault if they get caught|||no
