WALDORF SALAD
cut up one avocado, two apples, and throw in some cherry tomato halves and mix together!! mmm
or get some dates and macadamia nuts and cut the date in half and put one macadamia (or any nut) inside it and its like candy!
hmmm or go buy some raw food cook books and try new things!|||Raw carrots.

RECIPE
Ingredients

1 spagetti squash
1 large Tomato
I medium Onion
2 stalk eskellion
1 tsp paprica
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 medium pepper chpped (optional)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
wash and peel squash. get out the inside. it will look like spaghetti. scrape it out in a dish. clean away seeds and present it on platter.
chopp tomatoes,onion, eskellion and place in a bown. add chopped pepper,paprika, black pepper and extra virgin olive oil. mix well. and add more seasoning of your choice to taste.
serve on platter.

1 chef knife ( for cutting and chopping)

Platter for presenting.|||If you like olive oil you can drizzle that on your food. Sunflower oil if you want a more tasteless oil. You can soak most produce in little water as possible in the sun for a few hours to give them a warmth and soft taste. This would still be considered raw.
Making a paste out of the food you are eating then adding it on top of the remainder main food can make for a usually pretty dish with nice texture variance. For example adding fresh tomato paste or puree on top of slices of tomato. Garnishing with a sprig of parsley freshens the the other food and makes the food more appetizing.

You can portion out the chicken and fish for less calories and or tweak certain things. My channel is under user name "sanitary103". in a food processor blend 2 cups of walnut, a large red bell pepper, 2 stalks of celery, 1 tsp of sea salt. Roll it up on collard green leaves. Yumm!|||Cold Tomatoe Soup
Can tomatoe juice or V-8
cut and dice and slice
carrots
celery
onions
cucumbers
bell peppers
(any other veggie you like)
Add to taste salt, pepper, garlic, basil, oregano, hot peppers or hot sauce.
Mix all together and cool then serve in summer cooler cups.

1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. minced onion
2 c. finely chopped raw vegetables
VEGETABLES: Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green onion, celery, black olives.
Spread crescent rolls out on a 12-inch round ungreased pizza pan, pressing all seams together. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill and minced onion until smooth. Spread on baked, cooled crust. Mix together raw vegetables and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Top with green onions and shredded carrots. Lightly press into top. Chill until served. Cut into squares.|||Go over to Karen Knowler's website. Real chocolate ice-cream
Serves 6 not-very-greedy people.
Ingredients:
* 4 Tbsps raw chocolate powder
* 16 Medjool dates
* 600 ml of pure water
* 4 cups of cashews OR 4 Tbsps raw cashew butter
Directions:
1. Blend the cashews (or cashew butter) with the water to create cashew milk.
2. Add in remaining ingredients and blend well.
3. Pour into an ice-cream maker and process until ready to eat OR pour into a freezable container with a lid and freeze.
4. When your ice-cream is ready, serve, salivate and enjoy!

Salads with nuts, avocado, homemade olive oil & vinegar dressing with italian seasoning.
Make a fruit salad.
I make a island fruit jerk, which is pineapple, coconut shreds, banana slices with half a lime's juice, agave nectar, crushed red pepper, diced onion, pepper, sea salt & diced jalapeno. It sounds gross but it's really good.
Make guacamole in the food processor and eat it with veggies.
Make guacamole and put it on mushrooms with bragg liquid aminos.
Marinate mushrooms in bragg liquid aminos, garlic powder, onion, and mexican spices (cumin, cayenne, chili)
Green smoothies; make any kind of fruit smoothie you want, add a little sweetener (I use raw agave) and a bunch of spinach (I use up to a whole 10 oz bag)
For my sweet tooth, I mix raw cocoa powder, agave nectar, coconut oil, then mix in nuts like walnuts or macadamias.
Or i blend walnuts, cocoa powder, and medjool dates, press it into a pan, then frost with cocoa powder, agave nectar, and coconut oil. They make very wonderful "brownies".|||Chinese style salad: cucumber, tomato, alfafa, cooked vercimile. Mixed it with vinegar, sesame oil, soy source.
I need something simple and not time consuming, as I am preparing Christmas lunch AND dinner for both sides of my family (who do not eat raw). Might there be something pre-prepared at my local Whole Foods market, or just an easy something to throw together that somewhat resembles a holiday meal?

This is not always easy i know because I have been a raw foodist for 11 years and when my family comes i have to fix standard American diet foods but I make raw apple pie or raw blueberry pie which only takes a few minutes and some raw recipe date pecan balls or squares which are simple. They don't know the difference. If i announce that anything is raw or living foods they think it might be healthy!
